How do refunds work?

Refund Policy for log.je

At log.je, we're committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and tools to enhance their online presence. We understand, however, that there may be times when our services may not meet everyone's needs. That's why we offer a 20-day refund policy.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, customers must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be made within 20 days of the original purchase date.
  • Customers must provide a valid reason for the refund request, including any specific issues encountered or why the service did not meet their expectations.
  • Customers must have attempted to resolve any issues with our support team before requesting a refund. (contact support at hello@log.je )

Exceptions

Please note that certain exceptions to our refund policy apply:

  • Refunds may not be granted if the service was used in violation of our terms of service or was involved in any fraudulent activities.
  • Refunds are only applicable to the original purchase price and do not cover any additional services, custom work, or modifications.
